The first Wednesday of each month, RunnerDude's Fitness holds their weekly  group run at Di'lishi Frozen Yogurt on Battleground Ave. We Do a warm-up at 6:25 and head out on the run around 6:30pm. Our route is an out-n-back up Old Battleground road, down Lake Brandt Road and back. Some runners even take off and do some of the trails off Old Battleground. You can get in up to a good 6-miler on this route. 

All paces welcome! Open to Everyone! Free!

Each year RunnerDude's Fitness provides over 3,000 bottles of water and sports drink in coolers along the Atlantic & Yadkin Greenway each Saturday morning. Bags accompany each cooler so empty bottles can be recycled. Many runners in the community have helped through donations of water and sports drink and through monetary dontations to the Greenway Water Fund. The small 4oz bottles of water and the small 12oz bottles of Gatorade work best. Donations of water or Gatorade can be dropped off at RunnerDude's Fitness. You can also make a monetary donation by using the PayPal link below.
